Lankford & Joyce Blair are Interfaith, Non-Denominational Wedding Ministers/Officiates, and are Certified with the Circuit Court to perform weddings in the State of Virginia. Based in Hampton, Virginia, they are central in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area and accessible to most locations.

They have performed hundreds of ceremonies at The Wedding Chapel at the Magnolia House Inn, and in multiple locations in the Hampton Roads area including Churches, Chapels, Hotels, Community Centers, Military Facilities, Event Venues, Beaches, Parks, and Private Residences.

They remain committed to providing ceremonies that are memorable for each couple and their families.

Couples are welcome to bring their own Minister/Pastor to perform their ceremony at The Wedding Chapel.
